NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of North York Soccer Association will take place on
Saturday, April 15, 2023
starting at 9:00am sharp at the
NYSA Headquarters
75 Carl Hall Road, Unit 1 – 2nd Floor
Toronto, Ontario M3K 2B9
Pursuant to our Constitution all members must, by no later than
12:00pm January 1, 2023
1. Pay any monies owed; and
2. Provide the following:
a. Membership Application Form signed by the President or the Secretary (a form is attached).
b. List of elected and appointed officers for the 2023 season
c. A copy of your last published constitution, plus copies of any amendments approved since its publication. This Constitution must meet the Ontario Soccer Association minimum requirements.
d. Audited Financial Statement.
e. Membership fee of $100.00.
f. Copy of club’s registration form conforming to OSA’s & NYSA’s minimum requirements.
g. Copy of Letters Patent of Incorporation.
Any organization not fulfilling these requirements will not be able to attend the AGM in any capacity, and must cease any soccer activities within the North York and Ontario Soccer Associations.
Per our Constitution, failure to attend the AGM will result in a $200.00 fine.
